It's my job to organise, manage, and facilitate our training programs. This means I spend my time doing all sorts, from supporting our trainers to enquiries, but also more creative tasks like making new training materials!
Who I Am
Hi, I'm Hats! I have experience in various industries and roles, starting my career in an office environment working and moving up into a training role and then a coaching management position. I then pivoted to a community based enabler role, which prompted my passion for supporting the neurodivergent community towards improved life outcomes through access to workplaces, healthcare and community, and unlimitedly lead to me becoming and expert by experience.
I work for neurodiverse training as our Training Coordinator and as a trainer. My special interest areas are neurodiversity in women & girls, access to healthcare for the Autistic community (especially those with co-occuring physical health conditions) and executive functioning.
Outside of Neurodiverse Training , I run social meets for AuDHD women, engage with my interests, including reading and (neurodiversity and disability friendly) movement and spend time with my beloved cat Oaty.

In my role at Neurodiverse Training I've been all over the country delivering training on Neurodiversity in the Workplace for workplaces, The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training to many ICBs, and sessions in countless schools. You'll also find e-learning, blogs, and resources made by me on our website.

I started as an Autistic Co-Trainer delivering this from lived experience. I have since trained as a Facilitator Trainer, meaning I can now run the entire day independently.

These are the main sessions I deliver, but I don't just deliver them. I'm also responsible for training new team members up so they meet our high quality standards. Before any other trainer delivers any of our sessions - even ones not listed here - I'll be the one shadowing them, having back and forth with them, and making sure not just that they know the material but that they're delivering it to our standard.

Resources & Creative Work
I've created several of our free downloadable resources, and work with other team members to bring new materials to life. I also do a lot of our editing - if you're seeing any of our slides, I've been in the background editing them. When you look around the website and see our design, iconography, images or thumbnails, I've had a hand in that.
I also have a role in helping design and implement our policies and internal training materials.
