Neurodiversity training, delivered by those who actually live it.

Most neurodiversity training is awareness theatre delivered by people who have never lived it. We are neurodivergent professionals who have done the job - in the NHS, social care and schools.

You have been sold awareness. You needed change.

Most providers hand you a slide deck and a tick box. Your staff forget it by Friday and nothing changes for the neurodivergent people you serve. Here is the difference.

Typical providers

  • Trainers who have read about neurodiversity, not lived it
  • Generic, off-the-shelf decks reused for every client
  • Awareness with no Monday-morning strategy
  • No proof it meets your statutory or CQC duty
  • They take the booking whether you need it or not

Neurodiverse Training

  • Every trainer is a neurodivergent professional from the field they teach
  • Bespoke by default - shaped around your real organisation
  • Practical strategies people use the very next day
  • DHSC-approved, CQC-accepted, certified evidence per learner
  • If we are not the right fit, we tell you - and say no

The numbers behind the trust.

This is not a side project. This is what we do, every week, across the country.
