We are a small team of neurodivergent professionals who work hard to provide bespoke training. We only work with a few clients at a time and only those that want to change their workplace culture and improve the lives of the people they work with. When will I get the slides or on-demand access?

Your on-demand access, including the slides, is sent about one hour after the event. We send it again one day later in case the first email did not arrive.

First, check the email address you entered when booking. A typo is the most common reason access does not arrive. Then check your spam folder.

How do I get my certificate?

Certificates are generated by you completing your post-session certification quiz via our on-demand platform. You will get access to this an hour after the session ends if you booked a live session, or immediately if you booked on-demand.

Can I request an additional funded ticket?

All funded tickets are available through the booking system when places are available. We provide around 200 funded tickets each month.

Once funded places have gone, we cannot make exceptions or allocate further tickets. Join our mailing list to get updates when new tickets come out.

Where is my live session link?

First, check the email address you entered when booking. A typo in this address is the most common reason reminders do not arrive. Then check your spam folder.

We send three reminders with the session link:

  • when you purchase your ticket;
  • one day before the session; and
  • one hour before the session.

Please give us as much detail as possible - you might want to include details about your team, how many staff you need trained, your budget, when you need the training by, if you need it in person, your location, and anything else you think will help.
