Neurodivergent Family Ticket
- Live session
- Post-session pre-recorded video and slides
- Bonus video strategies, toolkits and resources
- CPD certificate
A live session on Zoom worth CPD hours, for professionals supporting people who find it hard to notice, name or understand emotions. How alexithymia changes communication, distress and support.
Your certificate is issued in your name after a short post-session quiz.
The live session, plus on-demand content from lived and professional perspectives that keeps growing.
Professionals, families and neurodivergent people together. Never recorded, so people speak openly about what works.
Struggling to identify, name, and understand your own emotions - a large and often misunderstood part of many autistic people's lives. No diagnosis, referral, or background knowledge needed.
Join from your sofa, listen in your own way, ask questions by chat - or just listen.
No referral, no paperwork, no waiting list. If naming feelings is a struggle in your house, you belong here.
We offer low-cost tickets, extensive free resources and a limited number of fully-funded tickets.
If any of these sound like your caseload, the session is right for you.
“The report says they cannot describe how they feel, and I need to know what that means for support.”
“Distress arrives as behaviour, shutdown or physical symptoms, and our questions are not getting us closer.”
“I need language for care plans that does not mistake difficulty identifying feelings for a lack of feeling.”
“Families say they never know what is wrong until a crisis, and I want practical ways to help.”
The behaviour or presentation is telling you something. There are real answers.
If this turns up in your caseload, your classroom or your service, this is for you. Among others, we regularly train:
Nurses, GPs, paediatricians, OTs, SLTs, psychologists, psychiatrists, CAMHS and crisis teams, health visitors.
Social workers, support workers, residential and supported living staff, early help, safeguarding leads, commissioners.
Teachers, SENCOs, teaching assistants, pastoral staff, inclusion leads, alternative provision and educational psychologists.
Employers, managers, youth and community services, police, custody staff and charities.
Not an exhaustive list. No diagnosis, referral or background knowledge needed.
If any of these feel like your week, this session was made for you.
“When I ask my child how they feel, I get 'I don't know' - and then an hour later everything explodes.”
“They can't tell me if they're sad, angry, or unwell - it all just comes out as 'bad'.”
“I'm autistic myself and I often can't tell what I'm feeling until it's overwhelming.”
“I work with autistic people, and they often struggle with emotions - I want to help.”
It isn't coldness or not caring, and it isn't your fault. There are real answers.

Alexithymia means finding it hard to identify, differentiate, and understand your own emotions and feelings. It can be isolating and confusing - and it makes it harder to get emotional needs met. Here's what we cover.
A clear explanation of why alexithymia is such a common part of autistic experience.
The many ways alexithymia shows up - no two people experience it exactly the same way.
The overlap with other neurodivergent and mental health conditions - and why that matters for support.
How struggling to read your own emotions affects relationships, wellbeing, and getting help.
Practical ways to support emotional understanding - for yourself or someone you care about.
This session is never recorded, so people ask what they actually need to ask - and that's exactly why it's worth coming.
Most training sells you a seat in a room. This is a live conversation, a CPD record and practical resources you can use after the session.
One-hour live session on Zoom with the chat open. Because we never record it, people speak freely about alexithymia from lived, family and professional perspectives. That is the part no recording can give you.
The session is worth CPD hours. Your certificate is issued in your name after a short post-session quiz, with the hours stated for your appraisal or revalidation record.
Separately produced content, not a recording of your session. A clickable course with the material, resources and references built in, plus pre-recorded lived and professional contributions.
Additional recorded segments, handouts and resources that go well beyond what the live session covers. We add new material as we produce it and your access does not expire.

We try to be upfront about how our sessions work. Here is everything you probably want to know before you book.
All our open-access webinars run live on Zoom. You do not need a Zoom account - just a link, which arrives by email after booking.
These are not passive sessions. Throughout the session:
The chat is deleted at the end of every session. What happens in the session stays in the session.
Roughly:
Whoever you are, you will be in the right place. The sessions are written to be useful across all three groups. Because of who attends, the conversations in the chat are personal - people share things about their children, their own experiences, their struggles. That is part of what makes these sessions valuable.
Every session is built by our team together - not one person working alone. Each topic draws on:
You will receive on-demand access an hour after the session. This contains a pre-recorded version.
We do not live record. The reason is straightforward: the sessions are personal. The chat is open, people share things about themselves and their families, and attendees are named and included throughout. Recording that would not be right.
Yes, if you cancel at least 14 days before the session. Under 14 days, we cannot offer refunds. Here is why:
You get them after the session via our on-demand platform. You will be sent the login details an hour after the session ends. This is more than a slide deck - it is a clickable web page with resources and links built in, which you can click through directly.
No. For the same reason we do not record: the people in the session have not consented to being captured by a third-party tool. The chat is personal and the session is just between us.
You will get access to the on-demand version an hour after the session has ended if you need something to refer back to.
If you are unemployed, or in hardship we offer a limited number of funded tickets. We do not ask for evidence - just select the funded ticket option when booking, as long as spaces are available.
These are paid for by us and our paying customers. They are limited because live training costs money to deliver. Sadly we can't offer out more.
Family and individual tickets: yes - the whole family can join on one ticket. Our mission is to help neurodivergent people, so we price these sessions as accessibly as possible.
Professional tickets: no. Each professional attendee needs their own ticket and receives one on-demand access with one certificate worth CPD hours.
Certificates are generated by you completing your post-session certification quiz via our on-demand platform. You will get access to this an hour after the session ends if you booked a live session or immediately if you booked on-demand.
Most popular topics run at least once a month, sometimes twice. A handful of topics currently run only a few times a year, so it is worth checking back regularly.
Tell people. Genuinely - word of mouth is the most valuable thing you can do. Share the link, tell a friend, mention us in a group. We run free sessions regularly too, so share those when they come up.
Everything we do is built to help as many people as possible. The more people who know about us, the more people we can reach.
We get a lot of these, including from people wanting to volunteer. Being honest: it takes a lot to support someone to deliver in our style, so we are selective. You are likely a fit if you have:
Right now we have specific gaps we would love help with:
Please be aware that we receive a lot of enquiries about working for us. We cannot respond to them all - we cannot respond to most of them. If you would like to get in touch anyway, please use our contact form.
Yes. Corporate sponsorship allows us to offer more completely free webinars to those that need them. If you want to partner with us and fund free places - or fully fund a session - for the public good, get in contact.
In return, you will be announced across our social media channels, newsletter, website, and within the sessions themselves. Your logo will be placed on the front of the slide deck for that session, and on this page , so every attendee knows your organisation made it possible. You will also receive our PR kit so you can shout about it too, and you will be listed on our website as an official partner. Your funding directly removes barriers for neurodivergent individuals, families, and the many healthcare and social care professionals who attend our webinars.

Deliberately mixed. In the same session you will find:
That mix is the point. You are not only hearing from trainers and other practitioners, you are hearing from the people your work is about - what helped, what made things worse, and what they wish professionals had understood sooner. Because the session is never recorded, people speak openly. The chat is deleted at the end.

Neurodivergent people deserve to live independently, do work we enjoy, and never be defined by what others think we cannot do.
We train people, workplaces, health professionals, and families to make that possible - not through ongoing support but through real understanding that changes how people think and act permanently.
We start with the people who need it most and give. Free resources, information, content, and tickets - before anyone spends a penny.
Real strategies delivered with honest candour - useful the next day, not forgotten by Friday. That changes things for the people around them.
Impactful strategies that work because they come from lived experience. The people we train recommend us to colleagues and leadership.
Our character has already been proven. That trust means organisations book us. Real impact, real change, and funds to give more.
Everything we say comes from being there. We have navigated the same systems, faced the same barriers, and been misread, overlooked, or managed rather than supported. So our training is not adapted from generic content - it is built by us, from the inside out.
Whatever brought you here, we are glad you found us.
