  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal or internal business learning purposes.
  • You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or publicly display any of our training materials without our prior written consent.

Photography and promotions

We may take photographs and audio-visual recordings during sessions for the purposes of quality assurance, business promotion, and publication on our website and social media channels. This processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests in documenting and promoting our training services (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Delegates will be informed and a designated zone will be clearly identified at the start of the session. Any delegate who does not wish to be photographed may opt out at any time without detriment, and we will take reasonable steps to ensure they are not included in published images. For moving images only those who remain within the zone and give their individual verbal confirmation on camera will be included. The booking organisation is required to notify delegates in advance that this may occur and link attendees to our Privacy Policy. We will not publish anything in which a delegate's words or image could reasonably reveal information about their health, neurodivergence, or that of any third party without express recorded consent from that individual.

Pricing and payment

  • All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway, unless an invoice arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon in advance.

  • Our training and resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information based on lived and professional experience, our content does not constitute medical, legal, or formal diagnostic advice.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurodiverse Training Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or training materials.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site and purchasing our services, you consent to such processing. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
