Screening Tool - ADHD
ASRS v1.1
Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale
A six-item self-report screener for ADHD in adults developed by the World Health Organization (Kessler et al., 2005). It is the official Part A screener and explores attention, organisation and hyperactivity-impulsivity experiences.
Important: This is a screening tool, not a diagnostic instrument. Four or more responses in the shaded range suggest symptoms consistent with adult ADHD. However, inattention and hyperactivity symptoms can also be associated with anxiety, depression, or sleep disorders. Please consult a qualified professional for diagnosis.

Your Neurodivergent Trait Profile
Based on your ASRS answers. Higher ADHD symptom scores map to higher neurodivergent traits. Complete more quizzes to build a richer profile.
Reminder: This is a screening tool only. It does not provide a diagnosis. ADHD symptoms can overlap with anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and other conditions. A positive screen means further evaluation is warranted. If your results raise questions, consider speaking with a specialist who understands ADHD and neurodivergence.
